Trim Jet – Dual Ceramic Disc Grinding for precision finishing of base and side edges – edges are micro-smooth and sharp for increased edge hold and speed while carving.

Grindrite ST6100 Belt Grinder – for removing extruded P-Tex, base flattening, and base edge preparation

Wax Jet – For final Base Wax Finishing and Brushing of Base Structures (after hand iron application of waxes – always!).

Grindrite ST500 – Edge Grinding Belt – For removing burrs, corrosion, setting initial edge bevels before hand filing and Trim Jet finishing.

Montana Wax Future – Infra Red Waxing Station for impregnating bases with hydrocarbon, fluorinated, spray-on wax, and other layering products for maximum efficiency and penetration of the polyethylene structure. Less wax waste, no or little scraping required – base can be brushed without scraping. A safe alternative to hot boxing – skis/bindings do not get over heated.
